Production Scheduler – Carson City

A large manufacturing facility in Carson City, NV has an immediate opening for a Production Scheduler. As the Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for communicating with the Production Manager, Lead Machinists, and the Quality Team to ensure the plant has raw materials for production, to schedule daily production, and to arrange shipment of finished goods to customers. Main Responsibilities: Procure raw materials by placing orders via SAP, scheduling deliveries, managing inventory through raw materials, and providing feedback to purchasing on supplier performance Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to maintain supply chain Measure, investigate, and report on production and inventory variances Ensure all packaging and shipping is in compliance with requirements Qualifications: Manufacturing operations experience Production scheduling, raw material procurement, and performance monitoring and reporting Knowledge of SAP Required Skills for Production Scheduler Job: SAP DISTRIBUTION LOGISTICS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
